We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Dairy Queen Grill & Chill. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, following established recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring they are equipped to perform their duties efficiently and effectively.
- Order and manage inventory of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
- Excellent oral communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
