Job Summary

We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our team at Canadian Tire. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide information on our services and products
  • Explain the type and cost of services offered to customers
  • Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess customer feedback, enquiries and complaints
  • Receive payments and process transactions
  • Sell merchandise and promote our products and services
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required
  • Experience: Will train
  • Work Setting: Retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, attention to detail
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player, initiative
