About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at Instacan Services Inc. as a Bookkeeper.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and financial statements.
  • Accounting Tasks: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, calculate fixed assets and depreciation, and post journal entries.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare statistical, financial, and accounting reports, as well as tax returns and trial balance of books.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.

  • Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all financial records and reports.
  • Client Focus: Provide excellent customer service and maintain a client-focused approach.

Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a related field.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
