Job Title: Technical Community Leader

At Bluebayinvest, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Community Leader to join our team. As a key player in shaping the future of our organization, you will leverage advanced data science techniques and artificial intelligence to gain insights, optimize operations, and enhance the overall advisor and client experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the enablement for the Data and AI team to innovate and explore, including access to data and an ML/AI environment.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of data scientists, engineers, and analysts.
  • Help develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy aligned with the overall business objectives and goals.
  • Spearhead initiatives to personalize the advisor and client journey through AI-driven recommendations, personalized insights, and enhanced user experiences.
  • Collaborate with broader RBC IT and Data Science teams to ensure seamless integration of data science applications and AI solutions into existing systems and processes.
Requirements:
  • Advanced degree (PhD or Master's) in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in data science, AI, or analytics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in applying AI and machine learning to real-world business problems and driving measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
