About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Data Science Manager to lead our data science initiatives and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive data science strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing data science solutions that drive business value and improve customer experiences
  • Leading cross-functional teams to design and deliver data-driven products and services
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven strategies
  • Managing and mentoring a team of data scientists to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of experience in leading data science teams and developing data-driven strategies
  • Strong technical skills in programming languages such as Python and SQL, as well as experience with machine learning and data visualization tools
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence business decisions and drive team performance
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and ability to adapt to changing priorities
