About the RoleAs a Software Development Manager, you'll be responsible for leading multiple groups of engineers in building and supporting best-in-class music festival centric technical solutions. You'll collaborate with our supervisor to define engineering strategy and technical roadmap, lead staffing efforts across multiple agile teams, and address relevant personnel matters such as resource allocation and performance evaluation.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with supervisor in defining engineering strategy and technical roadmap
- Lead staffing efforts across multiple agile teams – onshore vs. offshore as well as full-time vs. contract
- Address relevant personnel matters such as resource allocation and performance evaluation
- Unite technical leaders in the definition of processes and best practices
- Serve as an advocate for technical initiatives in the product roadmap planning process
- Periodically provide valuable individual coding contributions to expedite initiatives
- Support on-call needs through direct contribution or escalation/rotation management
