Job Description:

As a key member of our healthcare team, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents. This includes assessing and monitoring residents' needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
  • Conduct thorough assessments of residents' physical and emotional needs, identifying opportunities for improvement and developing targeted care plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate resident care, ensuring effective communication and smooth transitions
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the enhancement of our care standards and policies

Requirements:

  • Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
  • Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic healthcare team

Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience, along with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
