We are seeking a Customer Experience Provider to join our team at Shiso Japanese Restaurant LTD. As a key member of our service staff, you will provide an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
  • Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, or room billings.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
Requirements
  • Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages.
  • Must have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience an asset, with permanent employment preferred.
  • Language of work: English.
  • Working hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
