Job Title: Waiter/Waitress

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Waiter/Waitress to join our team at Shiso Japanese Restaurant LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting patrons, presenting menus, and making recommendations.
  • Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff in a timely manner.
  • Serve food and beverages to customers in a prompt and efficient manner.
  • Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down the dining area.
Requirements:
  • Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience an asset, but not necessary.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
