Infrastructure Analyst Position

Pharmascience is seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Analyst to complement the role of architect in detailed design, documentation, and Operations support functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop robust and scalable IT infrastructure solutions in collaboration with the Lead Architect.
  • Participate in the planning and design of architectures for network, storage systems, virtualization, wireless, and IT Production.
  • Ensure the integration of new technologies into existing infrastructure.
  • Write and maintain detailed technical documentation, in compliance with GxP constraints.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand technical and functional requirements.
  • Conduct feasibility analyses and risk assessments for new solutions.
  • Propose improvements and optimizations to existing infrastructure.
  • Provide support and maintenance for the infrastructure solutions implemented.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to infrastructure.
  • Stay informed of new technologies and best practices in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, ideally in the pharmaceutical field.
  • Experience in managing technical projects and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Manufacturing experience.
  • Knowledge of Citrix, VMware, Aruba, Veeam, Cisco, Fortinet, Intunes, Office365/EntraID, Active Directory, Microsoft Windows server, Microsoft SQL server.
  • Good experience in cybersecurity, including the implementation of safeguards and vulnerability management.
  • Skills in scripting and task automation (PowerShell).
  • Significant experience in writing technical documentation and compliance with GxP constraints.
  • Ability to produce documents that are clear, accurate, and accessible to technical and non-technical users.
  • Degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, VCP, CISM) are an asset.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to work in a team.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in an understandable manner.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changes in the work environment.
