Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our team in Montreal. As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cloud architectures and infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with customers to configure systems to meet their unique project needs
  • Design and implement cloud architectures and infrastructure, leveraging tools such as AWX and Azure
  • Deploy, monitor, and maintain systems, ensuring high availability and performance
  • Administer and troubleshoot systems, resolving issues efficiently
  • Continuously improve our technical foundation, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge
  • Participate in on-call and off-call rotations, ensuring 24/7 system availability
  • Ensure that solutions meet quality, cost, and deadline requirements agreed upon with customers
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong experience in Linux environments (Ubuntu, RedHat, Debian)
  • Knowledge of cloud environments and components (Azure or AWS)
  • Experience with Open Source applications
  • Experience with DevOps tools (Ansible, Terraform)
  • Experience with virtualization/containerization tools (Docker and/or Kubernetes)
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology
  • Knowledge of Python and/or Bash
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English, both written and spoken
