About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team at Western Canada Security Corp. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies

Design and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote our services and products, targeting key business segments and demographics.

Conduct Market Research and Analysis

Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, informing our business development strategies.

Build and Maintain Relationships

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business partners, suppliers, and industry associations.

Support Business Growth Initiatives

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business growth initiatives, including new product launches, partnerships, and expansions.

Provide Training and Support

Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees, promoting a culture of excellence and customer service.

Monitor and Evaluate Performance

Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of our marketing strategies and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements
  • Education

College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.

Experience

7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
