The Brand Marketing Specialist will assist in crafting and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies for our brand. Collaborating with a diverse team of internal and external partners, this role is pivotal in bringing our marketing vision to fruition.
Key Responsibilities:
Grasp the brand strategy and serve as a brand advocate through marketing initiatives Partner with the Brand Marketing Manager on programs that align with the brand strategy, including development of briefs, creative assessments, and execution of tactics Collaborate with various Brand Marketing teams to exchange best practices and resources for campaign activation across different banners Engage with internal cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Creative, Digital, and Customer Insights, as well as external agency partnersKey Support Responsibilities
Assist the Sales Planning team with marketing updates Coordinate campaign activations with Digital and Loyalty teams Support Creative Services with current brand guidelines and documentation Maintain ongoing communication with Customer Insights to evaluate program success and identify research opportunities Regularly liaise with Marketing teams to facilitate local marketing efforts Continuously collaborate with Merchandising and Private Label departmentsQualifications:
An Undergraduate Degree 5 years of relevant experience in retail, advertising, marketing, or merchandising Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite A passion for food and customer engagementAt Backstage, we require our team members to embrace a hybrid work model, necessitating in-office presence at least three days per week.
