Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Leader to join our team at HOUSE OF TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS INC. as a key member of our leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in organizational development and a proven track record of success in driving business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improvement
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to establish and implement organizational policies and programs
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions
  • Develop and manage budgets and financial plans to support business objectives
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in organizational development and leadership
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and improvement
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience with MS Office and other business software
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with 30 hours per week
