We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Amica Jubilee House, a leading provider of Long Term Care (LTC) services in British Columbia and Ontario.

About the Role

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being. Your expertise will be valued as you work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, performing assessments, and developing care plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions and coordinate resident care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes and experiences

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the province of employment
