Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at ELITE MANAGEMENT INC. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction process, ensuring timely completion of projects, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt to meet project specifications.
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs to ensure structural integrity.
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Reliability and flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements.
Work Environment

As a Construction Laborer, you will work outdoors in a fast-paced construction environment. You will be exposed to noise, dust, and other hazards associated with construction sites. However, you will also have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the completion of exciting projects.
