Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at ELITE MANAGEMENT INC. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction of residential buildings.

Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt to ensure a smooth and even finish.
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs to meet project specifications.
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites to ensure the safety of workers and the general public.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work outdoors in a noisy, dusty environment.
  • Reliable and accurate with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Work Environment

This is an on-the-road job with a permanent work term. The work language is English, and the work hours are 40 hours per week.
