Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Support Worker to join our team at Marlowe E Horn. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Support clients with daily living activities, such as feeding, grooming, and mobility assistance.
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, promoting healthy eating habits and well-being.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a safe and clean living environment.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking required.
  • Physically demanding role, requiring flexibility and stamina.
  • Relocation costs covered by employer, with optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis.
  • Willingness to relocate and work in a variety of settings.
