About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Support Worker to join our team at ParaMed Home Health Care.

As a Home Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to individuals in their homes, assisting with daily tasks and self-care activities.

Responsibilities
  • Travel to patients' homes for daily visits to provide companionship and support
  • Assist with meal preparation and mealtime, as well as basic housekeeping duties
  • Provide personal hygiene care, including showering and bathing, and support basic activities of daily living
  • Work collaboratively with patients and their families to develop personalized care plans
Requirements
  • Compassion and listening skills, with a passion for making a difference in your community
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • Ability to work every other weekend
