Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide day-to-day support for diverse and highly available Windows environments, ensuring seamless delivery of Eastlink internal and external services.
  2. Deploy new Windows Server infrastructure to support business initiatives, driving innovation and growth.
  3. Collaborate with network and hardware teams to troubleshoot, provide recommendations, and proactively monitor systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  4. Apply best practices, patching, and monitor security vulnerabilities to maintain a strong security focus.
  5. Work with team members to develop automation and deployment process strategies, streamlining operations and improving efficiency.
  6. Participate in Agile sprints as required, contributing to the development of innovative solutions.
Requirements
  1. Post-secondary education focused in Computer Science, Data Communications/Networking, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of:
    1. Windows system management and virtual technologies.
    2. Office 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
    3. Office 365 migrations.
    4. PowerShell (or other scripting for automation).
Desirable Skills
  1. Effective communication skills in English, both oral and written.
  2. Proven track record of coordinating multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
