Key Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day support for diverse and highly available Windows environments, ensuring seamless delivery of Eastlink internal and external services.
- Deploy new Windows Server infrastructure to support business initiatives, driving innovation and growth.
- Collaborate with network and hardware teams to troubleshoot, provide recommendations, and proactively monitor systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Apply best practices, patching, and monitor security vulnerabilities to maintain a strong security focus.
- Work with team members to develop automation and deployment process strategies, streamlining operations and improving efficiency.
- Participate in Agile sprints as required, contributing to the development of innovative solutions.
- Post-secondary education focused in Computer Science, Data Communications/Networking, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of:
- Windows system management and virtual technologies.
- Office 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
- Office 365 migrations.
- PowerShell (or other scripting for automation).
- Effective communication skills in English, both oral and written.
- Proven track record of coordinating multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
