Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, including assigning duties and providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, authorize returns, and maintain accurate records of sales and stock levels.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolve customer complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
