Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Mucho Burrito. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.

About You
  • You have a high school diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of experience in the food service industry.
  • You possess excellent leadership skills and are able to effectively supervise and train staff members.
  • You are detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and customer complaints.
Responsibilities
  • Establish efficient work schedules to meet demanding production needs.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring that food is prepared and served according to quality control standards.
  • Train new staff members on job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Hire, train, and evaluate food service staff.
  • Develop and manage budgets to optimize food costs and improve profitability.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
Working Conditions

This is a fast-paced environment with high demands on productivity and efficiency. You must be comfortable working under pressure and able to stand for extended periods.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
