Veterinary Technician

We are seeking a skilled Veterinary Technician to join our team at 4 Paws Veterinary Hospital. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our veterinarians in delivering high-quality medical services.
Responsibilities- Collect and process laboratory samples for diagnostic testing
- Assist veterinarians with surgical procedures and provide post-operative care
- Administer medications and vaccines as prescribed by veterinarians
- Counsel clients on animal health and wellness
- Perform routine dental procedures and assist with animal dentistry
- Contribute to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
- Registration as a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) or equivalent certification
- 1-2 years of experience in a veterinary hospital or clinic setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and veterinary staff
- Ability to lift heavy loads, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment
