Job Summary

Mericare Logistics Inc is seeking a skilled Logistics Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our trucking division. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 people, coordinating activities, and ensuring the smooth execution of logistics tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train a team of logistics professionals
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet deadlines
  • Monitor and operate signal and track switch control panel
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Recommend personnel actions and coordinate repairs and rentals
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks
