Job Title:

The Sous Chef will play a key role in supporting the Head Chef in leading the kitchen team, driving sales growth, and maintaining high-quality food standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head Chef in developing and implementing menus and promotions
  • Supervise kitchen staff to ensure they meet our high standards
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and other kitchen leaders to achieve business objectives
  • Take charge of the kitchen when the Head Chef is absent
