Job Title: Senior Wealth Planning Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Wealth Planning Specialist to join our team at Bank of Montreal. As a key member of our wealth management team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to high net worth clients on their wealth planning needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive wealth plans for high net worth clients, taking into account their financial goals, risk tolerance, and time horizon.
  • Provide expert advice on tax planning, estate planning, and investment strategies to ensure clients' wealth is optimized and protected.
  • Collaborate with other wealth management professionals to deliver a seamless client experience and ensure alignment with clients' overall financial objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments to provide clients with the most effective and innovative solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored advice and guidance.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 9 years of experience in wealth planning, tax planning, or a related field.
  • University degree in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or law.
  • Relevant professional designations, such as CFP or CA, are considered an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop effective solutions.
