The Role

We are seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable Mobility and Accessibility Sales Consultant to join our team in Vernon, BC. As a Sales Consultant, you will work closely with therapists to match mobility and assisted living products with the needs of their clients, providing solutions that enhance their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide solutions to clients by working directly with therapists to select the best-fit mobility device
  • Build and maintain relationships with therapists, caregivers, manufacturers, and healthcare facilities in the community
  • Travel to long-term care facilities, retirement homes, hospitals, schools, and residences to demonstrate products and services

Requirements
  • Experience in selling, maintaining, or fitting in the mobility and accessibility industry, or a background in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Nursing, Long Term Care, or another healthcare area
  • Sales drive and problem-solving skills, with the ability to ask thoughtful questions and meet the needs of clients
  • Technical skills, including experience with a Customer Relationship database (CRM) and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills, with the ability to relate to people and build trust easily
  • A valid G-class driver's license and a clean driving record, as well as a clean criminal background check and the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
