**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Inspector to join our team at Strescon Limited. As a Quality Control Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our concrete products meets the highest standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Conduct regular quality control checks on finished concrete products to ensure they meet the company's quality standards.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner when interacting with internal and external customers, ensuring quality control standards are met.
  • Measure, identify, and verify the materials and sizes of fabricated components against detailed drawings.
  • Assist in achieving departmental goals within targeted budgets by meeting deadlines for workload completion.
  • Monitor the concrete manufacturing process by testing physical properties and gauging aesthetic quality of concrete during pouring and post-pouring conditions.
  • Implement corrective actions, when required, after consultation with project management, engineering, and/or QC manager.
  • Communicate effectively with staff and management.
  • Proactively suggest improvements to current processes.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

**Technical Requirements**

  • Minimum two-year Engineering Technology diploma or equivalent experience in a Quality Control position.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints/shop drawings.
  • Willingness to pursue PCI certification.
