Physiotherapist II

We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist II to join our Primary Care team at Northern Health Authority. As a key member of our interprofessional team, you will work collaboratively to provide person-centered care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to develop and implement effective treatment plans
- Provide competent, safe, and ethical care to patients in various settings, including physician practices, homes, facilities, and communities
- Collaborate with the interprofessional team to develop and implement a plan of care that meets the patient's needs and goals
- Teach patients and their families about self-management techniques and provide education on healthy living
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
- Current registration with the College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia (CPTBC)
- Two (2) years' experience in acute care, long-term care, or community setting preferred
- Valid BC Driver's license where required
