We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist II to join our Primary Care team at Northern Health Authority. As a Physiotherapist II, you will work collaboratively with interprofessional teams to develop and implement plans of care for patients in a variety of settings.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans
- Provide competent, safe, and ethical care to patients in accordance with professional standards and codes of ethics
- Work collaboratively with interprofessional teams to achieve patient-centered care goals
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Stay up-to-date with best practices and current research evidence to inform professional practice decisions and actions
- Current registration with the College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia (CPTBC)
- Two (2) years' experience in acute care, long-term care, or community setting preferred
- Valid BC Driver's license where required
