We are a reputable hotel chain that prides itself on providing exceptional guest experiences. As a Hotel Front Desk Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests feel welcome and well taken care of.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Registration and Room Assignment

Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Group Arrivals and Departures

Process group arrivals and departures, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for our guests.

  • Room Reservations and Management

Take, cancel, and change room reservations as needed, maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with guests.

  • Guest Services

Provide information on hotel facilities and services, ensuring guests are aware of all available amenities.

  • Departure Processing

Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Inventory Management

Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.

  • Communication

Answer telephone calls and relay messages, as well as assist clients/guests with special needs.

  • Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
