- Room Reservations and Management
Take, cancel, and change room reservations as needed, maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with guests.
- Guest Services
Provide information on hotel facilities and services, ensuring guests are aware of all available amenities.
- Departure Processing
Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory Management
Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Communication
Answer telephone calls and relay messages, as well as assist clients/guests with special needs.
- Customer Service
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Work Environment and Requirements- Attention to Detail
Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of the job.
- Physical Demands
Stand for extended periods, moving around the hotel as needed to perform duties.
- Work Schedule
Work a standard 40-hour week, with flexibility to adapt to changing hotel needs.
- Language
Fluency in English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
