About the Job:We are seeking a Senior Manager, Change Management to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and execution of change management strategies and frameworks to maximize business and employee adoption and usage of changes.
Main Responsibilities:- Leading Change Management Initiatives:
- Develop and execute change management strategies and frameworks to maximize business and employee adoption and usage of changes.
- Support the GRM's transformation program in creating and implementing change management initiatives that drive faster adoption and higher utilization while minimizing resistance.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, Business Management or equivalent with a minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in Learning and Development and/or communications.
- Excellent written and verbal skills required to prepare communications and interact effectively with internal and external parties.
- Working knowledge of adult learning principles, training needs analysis, and instructional design methodologies.
