We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Activity Assistant to join our team at the Northern Regional Health Authority. As an Activity Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily activities of our residents and ensuring their overall well-being.
Responsibilities- Maintain a clean and organized environment, including supplies and equipment.
- Assist with daily tasks, such as laundry and meal preparation.
- Support residents with their daily routines, including bathing and dressing.
- Engage residents in activities, such as games, arts, and crafts.
- Monitor and report any changes in resident behavior or health.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
