Activity Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Activity Aide to join our team at the Northern Regional Health Authority. As an Activity Aide, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily activities of our residents and patients.
Responsibilities:- Maintain a clean and organized environment, ensuring the availability of necessary supplies and equipment.
- Assist with inventory management, ensuring that all necessary items are stocked and readily available.
- Support residents and patients with daily activities, such as maintaining personal care and hygiene.
- Provide assistance with tasks that require manual dexterity, such as bending, crouching, and kneeling.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience in a healthcare setting is an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
