About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Housekeeping Assistant at CHAIMS PRO INC. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our commercial building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Dusting and Polishing: Dust furniture and fixtures to maintain a high level of cleanliness and shine.
  • Laundry and Linens: Make beds, change sheets, and distribute clean towels and toiletries to ensure a comfortable and hygienic environment.
  • Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Facilities Support: Provide basic information on facilities and services to visitors and staff.
  • Waste Management: Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Special Projects: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties as needed to support special events and projects.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Physical Activity: Bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
  • Work Schedule: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day.
  • Work Term: Permanent position with a regular schedule.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours of Work: 32.5 hours per week.
