About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Nidal Halabi. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our residential spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
  • Housekeeping Duties: Make beds, change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Cooking and Meal Preparation: Prepare and cook meals or specialty foods as needed.
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Assist newcomers and refugees with foreign credential recognition and provide support for their integration into our community.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Health Benefits: Health care plan.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 50 hours per week.
