Job Overview

This leadership opportunity focuses on establishing and driving operational excellence at a new manufacturing site. As Manufacturing Operations Director, you will be responsible for scaling operations and growing the workforce to approximately 400 employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategy and roadmap for the site's growth and operational excellence.
  • BUILD and empower a high-performing leadership team that aligns with organizational values and objectives.
  • Achieve significant improvements in production efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety standards through Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and effectively manage production demands against sales projections.
  • Develop robust succession plans, ensuring a pipeline of future leadership talent for the organization.
Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
  • Lead the implementation of the company's operating system, focusing on TPM and CI principles.
  • Drive efficiencies in production, quality, and service through data-driven decision-making and root cause analysis.
  • Oversee the development and utilization of dashboards to monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Strategic Planning & Execution
  • Develop and execute short- and long-term strategies to scale operations and achieve business objectives.
  • Navigate complex relationships between production and demand, ensuring alignment with sales projections and business goals.
  • Balance immediate turnaround priorities with sustainable operational growth.
Salary and Benefits

We offer an estimated salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional growth.
