The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada) invites applications for the role of Senior ServiceNow Data Architect. As a key member of our Technology Services team, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our data strategy and ensuring seamless integration across ServiceNow capabilities.

About the Role:

  • Govern common data element usage across all platform capabilities, integrating solutions to enhance performance and scalability.
  • Leverage ServiceNow capabilities to support organizational hierarchy changes, such as CSDM and APM.
  • Own the Common Service Data Model capability, serving as an enterprise SME for Application Portfolio Management.
  • Ensure all ServiceNow integrations are executed without impacting the platform's performance.
  • Map out ServiceNow platform data dependencies for processes and platform data models, minimizing upstream or downstream data impacts.
  • Review new product and process introductions against existing data models, defining new ones as necessary.
  • Reduce data costs while improving quality by collaborating with process owners to drive improvements.
  • Maintain data retention policies, executing on these strategies effectively.
  • Oversee data acquisition, analysis, and delivery efficiency and quality.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or technical certificate.
  • ServiceNow CSA certification required; CTA designation preferred.
  • At least 10 years of technical experience.
  • Expert knowledge of technical environments and tools.
  • Primary matter expertise in multiple areas, with strength in consulting on research, data analysis, design, hardware/software support, development, testing.
  • Ability to work independently in a senior and lead role on diverse tasks, coaching others effectively.
  • Dedication to introducing standards and best practices that ensure accurate, complete, current, understandable, and accessible data.
  • Fresh thinking when building data management capabilities, leveraging this as a competitive advantage.
  • Ensuring the integrity of data backup and storage systems.

Hiring Details:

We offer a hybrid work arrangement, requiring 2 days per week in-office presence. Our company is committed to providing $91,200 - $136,800 CAD annual salary, along with a comprehensive Total Rewards package, including base salary, variable compensation, health and well-being benefits, savings and retirement programs, paid time off, banking benefits, career development, and reward and recognition programs.
