We're looking for a skilled BIM Project Coordinator to support our IDD team. Your expertise in document production, CAD Production and 3D Modelling activities, algorithmic processes, and more will be invaluable to our success.

About the Role:

  • Support IDD team with document production to enable IDD for project execution
  • Collaborate with team members on CAD Production and 3D Modelling activities
  • Develop algorithmic processes and scripting skills using Dynamo, Python, LISP, VBA
  • Coordinate 3D model coordination and clash detection and reporting
  • Set up and manage systems – Assemble systems and BIM 360

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of industry experience minimum
  • Proficient with 3D modelling architectural, structural, and civil utility elements as a requirement
  • Ability to read construction drawings and understand standards
  • Working knowledge of software: Civil 3D, Assemble, Navisworks, Synchro Pro, and Fuzor
  • Experience or knowledge with CDE Environments ACC, BIM 360
  • Familiarity with 4D simulations
