Baker - Full-Time Position

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at COBS Bread, a company recognized for its commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. As a Baker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality bread products to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Production Manager to maintain the highest standards of bread quality and presentation.
- Ensure the safety of staff and customers by adhering to COBS Bread's health and safety protocols.
- Develop expertise in bread production, including mixing, kneading, and baking.
- Assist with stock rotation and inventory management.
- Provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive store environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in baking and customer service is preferred, but not essential as we offer comprehensive training.
- Candidates must have reliable transportation.
- Flexibility to work overnight or early morning shifts is required, as our Baker starts work between midnight and 4 am.
- Candidates must be able to lift 20kg.
- A valid Food Safety Course and/or First Aid Training Certificate is valued but not required.
