Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
- Office Management: Manage the office environment, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace, ordering supplies, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our team, including preparing and distributing meeting minutes, agendas, and other materials.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate projects and tasks, including setting priorities, meeting deadlines, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Team Support: Provide support to our team members, including training, coaching, and mentoring as needed.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing general information.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Language: Fluency in English.
