**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacist to join our team at Save-On-Foods. As a Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the safe and effective use of medications.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Verify prescriptions for proper dosage and ensure accurate preparation, packaging, and storage of medications.
- Dispense prescribed medications to customers or healthcare professionals, providing guidance on indications, contraindications, adverse effects, and drug interactions.
- Advise customers on the selection and use of non-prescription medications.
- Maintain accurate medication profiles, including registries of poisons and controlled substances.
- Compound prescribed medications by calculating, measuring, and mixing ingredients, and filling containers with the correct quantities.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you must be a licensed Pharmacist in Canada and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
