Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at JAI PUSHPA AND CHRIS HOLDINGS LTD.

Job Summary:

The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven individual to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Assign sales workers to duties, authorize returns, and sell merchandise to customers.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase sales.
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers, including apprentices, stages hands, and design team members.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
