Laundry Supervisor Job Description

The Ridge Hotel & Suites is seeking a skilled Laundry Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our laundry facility. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our laundry equipment and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate laundry schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Supervise and train laundry staff in proper procedures and safety protocols
  • Monitor and maintain laundry equipment, reporting any issues or repairs needed
  • Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
  • Collaborate with housekeeping team to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
