Lead Hand, Mixing Operations

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Hand to join our team at Baxter's Alliston facility. As a key member of our Viaflex Mixing Department, you will play a critical role in driving process improvements, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring the highest quality products for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Lead and develop a team of manufacturing professionals to achieve departmental goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive projects and initiatives forward
- Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements, including GMP and OSHA
- Monitor and troubleshoot equipment and processes to ensure efficient production of quality products
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum 3-6 years of experience in a GMP environment, with a focus on manufacturing, quality, or continuous improvement
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
