Precision Equipment Technician

We are seeking a skilled Precision Equipment Technician to join our team at Concept Plastics Limited. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for setting up and adjusting production machineries/tools, repairing machine tools and parts, and ensuring the accuracy of machined components.
About the Role- This is a permanent full-time position, working 30 hours per week.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in machining and maintenance, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- A background in secondary education and relevant work experience is required.
- Set up and adjust production machineries/tools to ensure optimal performance.
- Repair and maintain machine tools and parts to prevent downtime and ensure quality output.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts, and tables to accurately manufacture components.
- Fitting and assembling components and machine parts to close tolerance requires precision and attention to detail.
- Maintain and calibrate precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate measurements.
- Document and report any deviations from specifications and tolerances, maintaining inspection records and completing inspection reports.
- Verify dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments.
- A competitive salary of $50,000 - $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
