Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Bawa Property Management Inc.

Job Summary:

The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from start to finish. This includes managing budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the work of construction staff, including engineers, architects, and contractors.
  • Budgeting: Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Scheduling: Develop and manage project schedules, including milestones and deadlines.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all construction work meets the required quality standards.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions:

The Construction Project Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent travel to construction sites. The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is essential.
