Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Glorious Construction Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to lead our construction projects from start to finish. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the work of construction staff, including engineers, architects, and contractors.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all construction work meets the highest quality standards, including safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure that project goals and objectives are met.
  • Budgeting: Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in construction project management, including experience with project planning, team management, and quality control.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Work Environment:

This is a full-time position, working 35 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.

The primary language of work is English.
