This role will play a crucial part in developing strategies, practices, and programs that promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
Main Responsibilities:
Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion:
- Contribute to the development of the EDI vision and strategy, proposing innovative programs that align with industry best practices.
- Establish annual targets and optimize performance indicators for equity, diversity, and inclusion.
- Participate in senior management committees to drive EDI initiatives forward.
- Oversee major projects, including budget monitoring and ensuring timely completion.
Requirements:
- University degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in equity, diversity, and inclusion, and culture/organizational development, including at least five years of management experience.
- Excellent management, coaching, and communication skills.
- Intermediate level of English, as the individual will be required to participate in committees in English with senior management and communicate with internal and external partners throughout Canada and the United States on a weekly basis.
