Job Title: Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Systems Analyst to join our Insurance Technology team. As a key member of our Promises Delivered Value Stream, you will play a crucial role in modernizing advisor and client-facing platforms and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and collaborate with multiple teams to understand business needs and goals.
  • Break down high-level designs into technical user stories and supplementary documentation.
  • Organize and coordinate delivery of stories and other engineering tasks.
  • Prioritize tasks for multiple concurrent achievements.
  • Perform functional testing and identify root causes of system defects.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years proven track record as a Business System Analyst.
  • Meticulous mentality with deep technical, analytical, conceptual, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
